These Company Rules set forth the enforceable code of conduct for all users of north escrow. Compliance is mandatory and material to our continued operation as a trusted escrow provider.

4.1. Lawful Use & Compliance

  • You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to anti–money-laundering (AML), combating the financing of terrorism (CFT), sanctions regulations, and tax reporting obligations.

  • You agree to provide truthful and complete information for KYC/AML screening and not to facilitate any illicit activities.

4.2. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices, including misrepresentation of identity or transaction purpose.

  • Use of the Service to facilitate hacking, phishing, or other cybercrimes.

  • Financing of weapons, narcotics trafficking, human trafficking, or any activity deemed illegal by U.S. or international law.

  • Attempting to evade sanctions lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other regulatory bodies.

4.3. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All non-public information regarding escrow transactions and user data must be treated as confidential.

  • You may not disclose, distribute, or publish any internal policies, procedures, or system vulnerabilities of north escrow.

4.4. Reporting & Enforcement

  • Users are encouraged to report suspected violations to compliance@northescrow.com.

  • We will investigate all credible reports promptly and, where appropriate, report confirmed violations to the relevant authorities.

  • Violators may be blacklisted, reported to law enforcement, and held liable for any damages arising from their conduct.

4.5. Amendments & Updates
north escrow reserves the right to amend these Company Rules at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on the Site. Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of the updated rules.
